Buchanan Township is located in Buchanan Michigan, 5 miles north of the Michigan - Indiana stateline and 17 miles east of the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan.

To get to the Township Hall from the US 31 Bypass, take exit 5 (Niles - Buchanan Rd) and turn west. Drive 2 miles to downtown Buchanan and watch for Main St to the right. Turn right on Main St and drive north 1 mile.

When driving from the west, go to downtown Buchanan and watch for Main St to the left. Turn left on Main St and drive north 1 mile.

The Township Hall is located on the right side of the road just past the Fire Station.
