Burning permits are required for any open fires (on the ground). Permits are available at the township office at no charge. By state law, no building materials or garbage may be burned.

The fire station is located 1 mile north of downtown Buchanan. Located on the right hand side (east side) just before the township hall. To print an order form for the address marker, click here. The address markers are $10 (hardware kit $2) and are for vertical or horizonal number placement.
